Why should I choose custom invitations?

Because you would like to treat your guests to something perfectly memorable, perfectly you. And it's an added bonus that they are created by designers with genuine passion for our talent and pleasing our brides.

How many invitations do I need?

Create your guest list and count the number of different addresses they will be mailed to (not your total guest count). Then typically add about 10% more for "oops, I forgot Aunt Betty" and keepsakes. If you are questioning quantity, it is always better to order more in your initial order to avoid the extremely high cost of printing a small quantity down the road.

When should I start the process and get in to touch with a designer?

For a formal event, we appreciate starting the process 6 months prior to your event. At the minimum, 4 months is required, depending on complexity of your request. Rush orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may be added to your invoice if we are not contracted for the project at least 3 weeks before the time they are needed.

How long does the process take?

We have our first meeting and then work on ideas which we present to you in approximately 2-3 weeks. Once you decide on a design, we like to have a month for production. Timing is also dependent on how quickly you make decisions and give us feedback.

When should my invitations be mailed out?

Typically they should be mailed 6-8 weeks prior to your formal event. For an informal event, 3 weeks.

How will I see my sample designs?

After we receive your initial investment (deposit), give us about 2 weeks and we email you our design ideas in electronic format for the first round. Once you decide on your package we mock up a full sample so you can see what your finished product will be. (We will absolutely create mock-ups for the first round for an additional fee)

Do I have to put my invitations together?

We can fully assemble each invitation set and then deliver them to you. If you chose to assemble your invitations, your cost will be lowered to reflect your request. Also, if you desire, we can mail your invitations for you if you supply us with an excel document with your guest list.

Do you offer other wedding related materials?

Absolutely! The event is best carried through when all of your materials are consistent. We do favors, programs, place cards, table numbers, menu cards, maps/directions, save-the-date cards, thank you cards. If we don't list something you are looking for, just ask.

Can you address the envelopes?

Sure can! We can either have the addresses computer generated and printed on the envelopes or handwritten. This is an additional cost, but if you chose to address the envelopes yourself, we can supply them to you earlier so you can get a head start. And we ALWAYS include a few extra envelopes for you!
